FAQs

What will I get out of the Slow Summer Club, and how is it different from other programmes?

You'll gain clarity on your messaging and ideal clients, build more consistent marketing and sales processes, free up time, and feel more confident and in control of your business. This isn't a self-paced course or a passive learning experience. It's hands-on, live, and interactive — covering multiple areas of marketing and sales while guiding you to implement changes in your business. We'll give you the frameworks, guidance, and feedback, but you do the work. By the end, you'll have something that's completely yours. No prior marketing or sales experience is needed — we focus on clarity, systems, and implementation.

What if I'm not a solo business owner?

That's absolutely fine.If you're still employed and seriously thinking about starting a service-based business in the next year, this programme will put you miles ahead. And if you already run a business with a partner or small team and control the marketing and sales side, you'll definitely benefit too.

How much time do I need, and what do the sessions look like?

Around 2–2.5 hours a week.Sessions run on Thursdays at 1pm BST (2pm CEST / 8am EDT) and last 60–90 minutes. Each one is hands-on and interactive. You'll learn frameworks, get practical guidance, and apply strategies directly to your own business.Additionally, we recommend setting aside about an hour for homework each week. These are short exercises where you apply what you've learned to your business.

What if I can't attend live or I'm in a different time zone?

All sessions are recorded and emailed to you with the resources you need, so you can catch up in your own time. You can access the replays and resources until the end of September, which gives you 4 months after the programme ends.Sessions are online and open to anyone, but times are in UK time — so check whether 1pm BST works for you. You can follow along with replays alone, but you'll get more out of the programme if you join live for the Q&A and peer connections.

What's your refund policy?

If the programme doesn't go ahead, you'll receive a full refund.Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer refunds once you’ve joined. But you'll still have access to all replays and resources until the end of September 2026.
